Update core mapping to use Google Maps instead of Bing

Currently the Neoreef platform uses Bing Maps for geo-coding and map display. Google has recently removed the need for an API key in order to use their maps which precluded us from using it originally as desired.

In this update we should update the core geo-coding engine to use Google's service and update the client interface to display maps using Google's interface.
