Description
Vickie called about the issue we had gone through before. I walked through the problem step by step with her this time and figured out why it's not working. Part of the problem was understanding what she was trying to say.
Problem:
When creating a link to a file while running IE9, the file manager is able to upload the file successfully. On my end, I can see the file Vickie just uploaded, but she cannot. She can only see directories and subdirectories. For example, she is able to see folders in the Site Documents, but no files, while I see folders and many, many files. I am unsure if this is IE or all browsers, as she is on a government machine and unable to install browsers.
Note: She has to upload a file every few months, so this will not come up again until ~ February.
